Who I am

Bruno Romand-Monnier, founder of Croissance Food

I have spent my career where strategy meets execution. I started in consulting with leading firms, BCG, Monitor Deloitte and OC&C, then moved into business development roles in large, established groups and in successful mid-sized companies.

Along the way I have entered and created new segments, opened new channels, turned businesses around, set up joint ventures, built entirely new businesses and invested in new factories.

I am drawn to the difficult topics. I bring analytical rigour and creative insight, and I work hand in hand with every function: marketing, sales, R&D, operations, supply chain, regulatory, medical affairs and finance.

Away from work, I am a passionate mountaineer, and I bring the same focus and appetite for a challenge to the mountains as to my clients’ projects. I also love great food and wine, and I am always ready to share a good moment with great people.

Based near Geneva, often in Paris, working across Switzerland, France and Europe.

Let’s talk about your next stage of growth.
